Beading Expander – 2”, 2-1/2” and 3” Outer Diameter

Simply change the beading roll and guide roll switch from the gauges of tubes.
The Hydraulic Tube Cutter quickly and efficiently cuts tubes in front of the tube sheet. In fact, it can cut a 2-inch Outer Diameter tube in just 8 seconds. The Hydraulic Tube Cutter automatically raises the cutter wheel, cleanly cutting through the tube. An adjustable collar ensures the tubes are consistently cut at precisely the right tube position.
The Series 38 Expanders are designed for rolling and flaring in a single operation, provide excellent manoeuvrability and convert to straight-roll expanders. They are suitable for water tube boilers, fire tube boilers, superheaters and economizers. They are made of selected chrome nickel alloy steel and treated in automatic electrically controlled furnaces to help ensure the longest possible service life.
The Series 114 are equipped with four expanding rolls and two flaring rolls that are overlapped to prevent ridging. These tools can expand and flare in one operation. They are ideal for water tube boilers, fire tube boilers, economisers and air heaters. They can help reduce overall inventory since less equipment is required and more flexibility is offered with the interchangeable rolls and mandrels. They are made of selected chrome nickel alloy steel and treated in automatic electrically controlled furnaces to help ensure the longest possible service life.
The Series 114-S Expander tools allow for non-flaring tube expansion, such as straight expanding before or after the welding process, or in tightening up a leak tube after beading or flaring. The 114-S tools have the same mandrel and rolls as the 114 Flare Tools do. The 114-S Tools are suitable for water tube boilers, fire tube boilers, economisers and air heaters. Their compact design permits use in limited space through small handholes and headers.
The Series 65 Expanders are specifically designed for ‘deep-reach’ expanding. With their parallel rolling and long, effective roll length, these tools are ideal for ‘touch-up’ rolling in thick tube sheets. With thrust ball bearing collars, these tools offer friction-free operation and long tool life. Rolls are self-retained in a cage and will not fall in or out of the cage when the mandrel is withdrawn from the expander.
Tube Wall Reducer
